You can get a pass through the IXcdesk customer portal.
Unauthorized visitors can receive a one-time pass if accompanied by an authorized employee or the duty shift engineer of the Data center.

Parking is available both outside and inside the campuses.
To drive onto the campus territory, you must arrange a pass in advance, specifying the vehicle’s license plate number and model through the IXcdesk customer portal.
There are four operational data centers in our ecosystem.
They are located in the Northern campus in Altufyevo (MOS1, MOS2, MOS4) and in the Southern site in Biryulyovo (MOS5).
The distance between the campuses is only 30 km, allowing for convenient placement of both primary IT infrastructure and backup clusters in any of the data centers.

According to the SLA, the initial response time for inquiries is no more than 30 minutes, but in practice, it does not exceed five minutes.
