Greg is the authorized expert and contributor into the field of Risk Management, Security, Facility Design & Construction management, Health & Safety, Cabling, as well as Technical Pre-sales, marketing and customer installations.
Greg has been involved with the IT and Data Center Industry for 40 years and has worked for both the oldest retail and oldest merchant banks in the world as a consultant. His recent accomplishments in Russia include the design supervision and risk management of a 2MW build project for an International Colocation provider as well as the design review and operational procedures audit for major Russian Telco and one of the world’s largest consultancies.
Greg has been delivering Data Centre training for many years and is the certified tutor for the CDCDP classes, the BICSI Data Centre design course, and most recently, the training courses from DC Professional Development. Greg has recently been appointed as a Professor at Plekhanov Russian University for Economics, and teaches a post graduate class in Data Centre design there.
Graduated from Stevenage College of Higher Education with HNC degree in the field of Electrical and electronic engineering
