Technical support on weekends and holidays is provided by our duty engineers 24/7.
No work is carried out on preparation of footprints, equipment and cross-connects.
Tasks requiring detailed technical study are worked out only during working hours MSK.
Please also take into account that optical cross-connects are prepared at production, which takes a certain time to manufacture and deliver them. Please include this information in the placement of requests on our Zendesk portal.
It might be possible delay of the installation time of optical cross-connects, requests for which are placed on the eve of holidays and weekends.
