From October 21 to 25, an international conference dedicated to modern problems of thermal physics, power engineering and scientific achievements in these fields took place in Moscow at National Research University “MPEI”. IXcellerate was event’s sponsor and a partner of the round table, where the challenges of thermal stabilization of data center equipment were discussed.
Technical experts from IXcellerate, Sergey Vyshimirskiy and Dmitry Filimonov, presented a report on the quality of data centers for cloud computing, key design principles and requirements for engineering infrastructure.
In their presentation, they emphasized the importance of upgrading data center cooling systems in the light of the increasing power consumption of server racks and air flow requirements for cooling server cabinets. As a solution to the air shortage in data halls, IXcellerate’s Laboratory project was introduced, which aims to test combined air-liquid cooling systems under various loads.
