Karen is responsible for Board management, including financial planning and capitalization growth of IXcellerate. Her set of duties include overseeing company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring consolidation and preparation of annual business plans ad budgets.
Karen Bach is senior executive with over 20 years’ experience of working in international tech companies and fast-growing businesses. Karen has led multiple acquisitions, integrations and exits. She has proven herself to be an outstanding risk manager, developing teams and scaling up businesses, working at such companies as KRM22, KalliKids, Belvoir Lettings and other.
Graduated from EM Strasbourg business school and University of Bradford.
