ITSOFT, a system integrator and digital solutions provider, and IXcellerate, Russia’s leading commercial data center operator, have advanced to a new level of collaboration. ITSOFT has expanded its presence in the data center and joined IXcellerate’s partner ecosystem.
The company started with colocation of 12 racks in the MOS1 data center at the IXcellerate Northern Campus in 2024. After a year of cooperation, the integrator decided to deploy server equipment for new digital projects.
By March 2025, ITSOFT’s installation in MOS1 had already grown to 22 server racks.
The expansion is a result of ITSOFT’s active growth and business diversification: the company is actively developing industry-specific digital solutions, particularly for the pharmaceutical sector. To host fault-tolerant servers for its subsidiary brand “Pharm-Studio,” the company searched for a data center capable to ensure Tier 3 reliability (99.982%) with scalability options. A key requirement for the potential partner was carrier and cloud neutrality to avoid. IXcellerate met all these criteria.
Another argument in favor of the DC provider was the target audience: both companies focus on serving the business segment. This allowed expanding the cooperation to a partnership level. According to the agreement, IXcellerate will integrate ITSOFT’s dedicated server services into its portfolio. Meanwhile, the integrator will be able to offer colocation services at IXcellerate data centers to its client base in Moscow. Thanks to this opportunity, ITSOFT customers will be able to receive not only IT solution development and support services but also host and scale their infrastructure in highly reliable facilities. Any IXcellerate data center resident, regardless of the point of sale, receives a contract with a unified level of service and availability with redundancy of all critical components.

To expand the footprint, IXcellerate engineers installed racks and PDUs, conducted load tests, applied markings, authorized designated ITSOFT employees for 24/7 access to the site, and configured a personal account at the customer portal, where all credentials and procedures are brought together, billing is displayed, and actual energy consumption is shown. The installed equipment ensures connection of services with high network reliability. The servers automatically adjust to traffic spikes, and backup capacities allow for instant load redistribution.
