IXcellerate data centers are versatile facilities designed to address any telecommunication or traffic exchange needs. We are not affiliate with any specific carrier or cloud provider therefore all our data centers are net neutral.
What is connectivity?
The term “connectivity” comes from the English word “connect” and refers to the interconnectivity and ability of components and nodes within a system or network to interact (such as computer networks, neural networks, etc.). Connectivity enhances the speed of interactions between components, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the entire system.
Connect and configure your connection according to your preferences
Carrier
neutrality
We are pleased to welcome all telecom operators to our facilities. All providers are offered standard rates for PoP installation, cable duct rentals and cross-connects.
Extensive
ecosystem
Both IXcellerate campuses offer customers an extensive selection of connectivity providers, system integrators, cloud service providers and peering platforms. Among our partners are over 50 carriers and more than 30 cloud service and CDN providers.
Connection
versatility
The infrastructure of IXcellerate data centers is designed to accomodate structured cabling systems (SCS) of any complexity. Customers are provided with a distributed two-tier tray system for creating their own SCS or a wide range of connectivity options facilitated by IXcellerate.
Intra- and
inter-campus
connectivity
Fiber optic cables connect not only our data centers but also both campuses.
Cross-connects
via copper or
optic fibre
Connect to whatever you need with just one cross-connect.
Structured
cabling systems
(SCS)
Custom solutions for cable tray installation.
Мeet-Мe-Room
at every data center
Availability of multiple Meet-Me-Rooms (MMRs) for housing operator equipment and ensuring redundancy.
Connection
to MMTS-9
Direct connection to M9, the largest interconnection hub in Eastern Europe.
Special offer
for
cross-connections
We have a special offer for inter-carrier cross-connections at the MOS5 data center.
The monthly subscription
fee is 1,500 rubles excluding VAT.
Connectivity in IT
The effective operation of any IT system depends significantly on its network connectivity. The more participants in the network, the higher the reliability of the system and its ability to transmit traffic. For a data center, connectivity means a wide selection of telecom operators, cloud service providers and the ability to quickly and reliably establish network connections. These companies link network elements housed in the data center with the outside world—customer networks as well as partners—thereby ensuring stable connections both within and beyond the data center.

Urban input redundancy
Each IXcellerate facility is equipped with two independent entries from urban cable systems for the installation of communication cables into the data center. The inputs are more than 30 meters apart. Customers and carriers can ensure redundancy of cable connections both through urban networks and within the data center premises.

Traffic Exchange Point
Join the Eurasia Peering IX platform
The Eurasia Peering IX points are located at several telecommunications sites in Moscow: the IXcellerate North and South campuses, as well as at the MMTS-9 node. All three locations are interconnected, allowing our customers to become part of the fastest-growing peering community and enhance the quality of their network infrastructure.
